  4. Allows the user to select any currently installed font. If text is selected, the text is changed to the new font. When nothing is selected the next character typed will appear in this newly selected font.

  8. Sets or changes the current font size. When text is currently selected, the text is changed to the new font size. If there is no current selection range, the next character typed will appear in the new size.

  12. The font style is set through the use of this menu command. Multiple styles can be selected for the current selection range or for new characters. To remove all style information from a selected range or new characters, select the Plain menu item.

  16. Selects a font color for the current selection range or for any new characters typed in the journal entry window at the insertion point.

  18. Align Left

  20. Aligns all of the text in the current journal entry window to left justification.

  22. Align Middle

  24. Aligns all of the text in the current journal entry window to the center.

  26. Align Right

  28. Aligns all of the text in the current journal entry window to right justification.

  30. Hide Window

  32. Temporarily hides the journal entry window. Useful if someone should enter the computer area and may be able to see the text in the journal. The window is displayed again after either a key is pressed, or if the mouse is pressed in the menu bar. A nice feature to keep notes private.
